Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Package Securely
Carefully pack the item in its original diagnostic packaging with all accessories and manuals to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the RMA number clearly to the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
